Grace Fellowship

Grace Fellowship in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Campus Pastor to provide visionary leadership for its Lithopolis location. This leader will play a key role in advancing the church’s mission at the campus level, helping people know and follow Jesus while cultivating a healthy, growing community of faith.

The ideal candidate will be a high-capacity recruiter, team builder, and leader/developer who is passionate about investing in people and creating strong ministry teams. This person will be self-motivated, highly relational, and able to connect well with a wide range of individuals and families. They will think strategically, lead proactively, and be focused on growth, always looking for ways to reach new people and deepen discipleship.

Grace Fellowship is looking for a proven leader with a demonstrated track record of building ministries, multiplying leaders, and navigating change effectively. This individual will have a builder mentality: someone who is energized by starting new initiatives, strengthening existing systems, and creating structures that support sustainable growth. They should be excited by the opportunity to shepherd a campus into its next phase of impact, champion its unique culture while remaining aligned with the broader church, and work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to see the campus thrive.

The successful candidate will be someone who genuinely loves Jesus, pursues a vibrant and growing relationship with Him, and seeks to keep Christ at the center of every area of life and ministry. This person will willingly submit to the truth and authority of the Bible, allowing Scripture to shape their beliefs, decisions, and leadership. They will be known for living with integrity both in public and in private, demonstrating consistency between what they teach and how they live, and modeling a Jesus-centered lifestyle for staff, volunteers, and the congregation.

Beyond the role itself, you will be serving in a vibrant and growing region. Columbus, Ohio is the 15th largest city in the United States, with a regional population of around 2 million people, making it the second fastest-growing metropolitan area in the Midwest. The area is known for being family-oriented, offering excellent schools, strong youth and collegiate sports programs, and a welcoming, friendly culture. Columbus also provides a wide range of arts, entertainment, dining, and recreational opportunities, making it an appealing place to live and put down roots.

If this opportunity resonates with your heart and experience, and you sense that God may be calling you to invest in this next season of ministry with Grace Fellowship, we invite you to apply online today.
