COVID-19: Best Practices For Your Church [VIDEO]

We asked some of the nation’s most connected church leaders to share with us what they’ve learned and where they see churches headed.

...in a new reality

Yesterday morning we talked with Karl Vaters, Nikki Lerner and Dave Travis about what they have been learning and where they are seeing churches headed during this time.

Over the course of the conversation we discussed what's ahead for the Church in COVID-19 this summer, how to establish a leadership cadence with your church staff, the weight of technology in this season, what worship leaders are learning in the pivot to online services, and more.

Here's a replay in case you missed it:

Chemistry Staffing is excited to equip and support churches in this season. Here's how we plan to help:

  • Finances in the Virtual Church Webinar: Mark your calendars for our next webinar to resource your church. It will be held Thursday, April 9th, at 11 AM eastern with guests Darrell Roland, Glenn Wood, and Chris Willard. Register for this webinar here
  • Virtual Ministry Bootcamp: Six weeks of learning together how to make the jump to leading remote teams in the ministry context. We will connect you with other ministry leaders and one of Chemistry's coaches. This is a tuition optional coaching experience. Learn more here.
  • Virtual Church Strategy Lab: The Virtual Church Strategy Lab is a 6-week group specifically designed to help you make the pivot from surviving virtual church to creating a thriving virtual church. Click here for more information.
  • Transitional Ministry Coaching: Cutting staff is never easy. It is important that you care for your departing staff member during this time, and into their future. Connecting them with a dedicated transitional ministry coach is one way to continue to support and love your former staff member, and help them land on their feet in their next endeavor. Things are changing on a daily basis and our team is committed to pray for you and support you every step of the way.

If there is any way that I can serve you, please schedule a time to talk.
