Church Leadership | Chemistry Staffing

Avoid Hiring Disasters

Healthy churches start with healthy leadership. When it's time to add a new staff member to your team, you need to be sure their theology, mindset, personality, and skillset fit your specific church.

At Chemistry Staffing, we have access to thousands of candidates ... most of whom would be a complete disaster for your church.

We developed an assessment process that gives us an understanding of who a candidate is theologically and culturally, gives us a sense of their personality, and helps us understand whether they have the necessary skills to do the job that they were hired for. The end result of this process allows us to eliminate 90-95% of the candidates who submit a resume for a position. By the time a candidate completes our assessment process, we have a reasonable idea as to whether they could be a good fit for your church, and whether they should be interviewed for the position.

Recently, Chemistry Staffing helped place Chris Brooks as Campus Pastor at Tri-County Church. Here is what Lead Pastor Chris Trethewey had to say:

"

God is moving in unique and significant ways through TCC as we focus on impacting small towns across Pennsylvania. When we started our search for a Campus Pastor to lead our Punxsutawney location, we knew that the person would have to fit a unique set of realities and challenges. Chemistry Staffing was eager to partner with us to help us find the right leader and pastor. They listened to who we were as a church, leaned into our unique realities, and asked discerning questions.

Chemistry Staffing's laser-like focus on getting to know TCC, our unique mission to impact small towns, and the personality/gifting we identified as a successful Campus Pastor led to discovering and hiring the right person.

"

Our team at Chemistry Staffing is motivated by helping churches find healthy team members. We'd love to help YOUR church find their next staff person.

Let's talk.
