A Great Place to Live

Stanton is a small town in west-central lower Michigan known for its agricultural roots, low cost of living, and high quality of life. There are countless opportunities for outdoor activities in the area, from hiking, biking, swimming, and camping to kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, boating, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and more. Access to top-notch healthcare is convenient with hospitals in the region's largest cities, each just about an hour's drive away. The Frederick Meijer Heartland Trail, spanning 42 miles between Alma and Greenville, provides a scenic route for non-motorized activities like walking, running, biking, and skating all year round. Additionally, the presence of several lakes and rivers nearby offers further recreational opportunities.

If you do want some ‘city life,’ just head to the Southwest for about an hour, and it will bring you to the bustling city of Grand Rapids, known for its arts, culture, and a vibrant downtown. For some, this is a fantastic day trip option.
