Southside Christian Church in Spokane, WA, is seeking an Associate Pastor to work alongside the Lead Pastor in shepherding the congregation through preaching, discipleship, counseling, and worship leadership.
This role involves leading and overseeing various ministries, developing programs for young adults, and contributing to church growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and teacher, with a missional heart and a desire to nurture spiritual growth and create outreach opportunities both within the church and in the surrounding community.
