accessible to the heart of the city. Known as the “walking city”, Boston offers a unique blend of world-class amenities just minutes apart. Despite its small size, the city boasts renowned museums, prestigious universities, leading healthcare facilities, a rich arts scene and diverse dining. The Associate Pastor of Student and Young Adults is the leader of Lighthouse Church. This individual has broad flexibility and independence to determine the shape of the ministry of Lighthouse Church with the support of the AEBC Church board, ministry team volunteers, and broader AEBC church community. Their role centers on the spiritual growth of the younger members of the church community from middle school through young adulthood. This individual is responsible for leading youth programs, organizing events, and providing mentorship to help the English-speaking congregants build a strong foundation in their faith. They are also responsible for setting the vision and plan for further development of Lighthouse Church ministries.
