Chemistry Staffing is excited to partner with Alliance Church as they search for their next Associate Pastor of Adult & Men’s Ministries, a key leader who will champion the church’s vision of “Connecting the world with God and one another.”
This new pastor will play a vital role in shaping and elevating adult, men’s, and groups ministries at every location, helping to cultivate a vibrant culture of discipleship, leadership development, and community connection. With significant momentum across ministries and a deep commitment to excellence, Alliance is ready for a high-capacity leader to step in and guide this area into its next chapter.
The Next Associate Pastor Will:
- Remove barriers for ministry leaders by problem-solving challenges, assisting with oversight, and creating environments where adults can thrive spiritually.
- Cultivate healthy culture by championing strong staff relationships, mentoring direct reports, and fostering unity across teams.
- Drive alignment across all locations to ensure adult ministries move in rhythm with the broader church’s vision and multisite strategy.
- Set vision and strategy for Men’s Ministry, equipping leaders at each campus and ensuring a cohesive and compelling approach.
- Coach and equip adult ministry leaders, building systems that support small groups, men’s/women’s ministries, young adult groups, senior adult groups, support groups, and mini-church home groups.
- Provide pastoral care, including teaching, counseling, ceremonies, and service hosting.
- Champion leadership development, empowering both seasoned and emerging leaders across ministries and campuses.
