The Job
The role of Associate Minister at Northpointe Community Church is a dynamic and impactful position, ideal for a passionate individual dedicated to pastoral care, discipleship, and community engagement. Reporting to the Lead Pastor, the Associate Minister is responsible for guiding the church’s discipleship process, fostering community connections, and nurturing relationships within the congregation and beyond. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to develop leaders within the church. With a budget area supervision of $15K-$20K, the Associate Minister plays a crucial role in aligning the church’s mission and vision with its community outreach and ministry efforts.

DeWitt, Michigan, is a charming suburb north of Lansing known for its family-friendly environment and community-oriented lifestyle. The town boasts excellent schools, a picturesque downtown area, and numerous parks and recreational opportunities, making it an ideal place for families. Jason enjoys helping churches navigate the complexities inherent in growing staff teams.
