Ripon Community Church is looking for a Family Pastor to lead family ministry and create a nurturing environment reflecting the teachings of Jesus.

 Ripon Community Church in Ripon, Wisconsin, is looking for a Family Pastor to lead its family ministry, providing vision, direction, and hands-on leadership for ministries to children from toddlers through 5th grade. In this role, you will develop age-appropriate programs and environments where kids can encounter Jesus in a safe, engaging, and relational setting, while equipping parents to be the primary spiritual leaders in their homes.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and encouraging a volunteer team; collaborating with other staff to align family ministry with the broader mission and teaching of the church; and implementing effective systems for check-in, safety, curriculum, and communication. You will plan and manage weekend services for children, lead special events and family-focused outreach opportunities, and creatively engage both kids and parents in discipleship. As a key member of the church’s leadership, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of faith within families, building authentic relationships, and helping Ripon Community Church live out its mission to represent Jesus well in Ripon and beyond.
