One of the biggest lessons that I have learned since we launched Chemistry Staffing is that no two churches are alike. Every church has its own charm, struggles, and strengths. I love how our onboarding process allows me the opportunity to take a deeper look into the churches that we get to serve and better understand its history, legacy, and desired future.

At some point during the onboarding process, we always have a conversation about compensation. Here again, every church has a unique philosophy and strategy... even when there is no formal philosophy and strategy. Regardless of how the church approaches its compensation strategy, every church knows that they need to get this right... and often struggle to figure out what getting it right looks like.

That's why I'd like to invite you to join me tomorrow, for a free webinar that Christianity Today's Church Law and Tax will be hosting: 2019 State of Church Compensation. Over the course of an hour, we'll be discussing trends in the church related to compensation along with practical tips that you can use when dealing with compensation issues for your team. We'll get started at 12 pm, Eastern tomorrow, September 25th. I'd love for you to join us!
