About the Church

Solid Rock Community Church has experienced tremendous growth over the past couple of years, both as a church and in their student ministry. Their previous Youth Pastor has gone on to plant a new church, and Solid Rock is looking for a new leader for the students and their parents!

The Ideal Candidate

The new Youth Pastor will:

• Provide leadership for junior high and high school teams
• Set and implement strategic goals for the ministry
• Create engaging environments for students
• Shape a culture of discipleship that empowers teenagers to live for Jesus

The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the Gospel, connect well with students, and possess excellent communication skills. They will have the ability to bring humor and laughter, fostering a positive and joyful atmosphere within the youth ministry team and the church staff as a whole. In addition, they will have a deep desire to serve in a rural community, understanding both the opportunities and challenges of this context.
