The church is eagerly seeking a Youth and Family Pastor who will oversee and nurture the youth ministry, collaborate with parents to provide guidance and support, actively participate in student activities, and establish meaningful connections with families in the community.
The Youth and Family Pastor will be responsible for creating and executing engaging weekly programs and exciting special events catered to children and youth of all ages, ranging from infants to college students. Additionally, they will be instrumental in gathering, training, and empowering a team of dedicated volunteers to effectively meet the ongoing needs of the Youth/Children's Ministry. This role will also involve directing and developing impactful discipleship courses specifically designed for married couples and parents, providing them with valuable guidance and support on their spiritual journeys. The ideal candidate will have a deep love and devotion for Jesus, exemplifying exceptional relational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a gift for teaching.
