Are you passionate about helping the next generation follow Jesus? Peninsula Bible Fellowship in Bremerton, Washington, is seeking a Youth Director/Pastor who is ready to invest in students, develop leaders, and shape a vibrant ministry for 6th–12th grade students.

Peninsula Bible Fellowship is a thriving, Bible-centered church of approximately 800 weekly attendees with a clear mission: love everyone, grow followers of Jesus, and serve passionately so that Kitsap County and the world are transformed with grace and truth.

Bremerton sits on the scenic Kitsap Peninsula in Washington State and offers a beautiful blend of small-town community and outdoor adventure. Residents enjoy views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, access to trails and parks, and a relaxed pace of life while still being connected to Seattle via ferry. With strong schools, a growing community, and a welcoming culture, it’s an excellent place for families and ministry.

This is a unique opportunity to build on a healthy foundation while helping the youth ministry step into its next season of impact.

Founded in 1976, Peninsula Bible Fellowship has a long history of faithful ministry and strong community engagement. The church is led by a collaborative team of elders and staff and is known for its welcoming environment, strong biblical teaching, and commitment to both local and global outreach.

The church’s ministries serve people across all ages and stages of life, including children’s ministry, community groups, men’s and women’s ministries, and missions initiatives that extend both locally and internationally.

The Youth Director/Pastor will lead the church’s ministry to middle- and high-school students, focusing on spiritual formation, leadership development, and relational discipleship.

This leader will shepherd students in their spiritual growth and faith development; equip and develop volunteer leaders; teach and communicate biblical truth in engaging ways; build a welcoming, relational youth culture; plan impactful events, retreats, and mission opportunities; and strengthen the identity and future direction of the youth ministry. The role reports to the Senior Associate Pastor and includes leadership oversight of the youth ministry budget and programs.

The ideal candidate is someone who is relational and able to connect naturally with students and leaders; a strong communicator who can teach Scripture effectively; emotionally intelligent and spiritually grounded; organized and capable of managing programs and teams; energetic, creative, and passionate about discipling young people. This leader will thrive in a collaborative staff environment and be excited about developing future student leaders.

If this exciting opportunity excites you, we would love for you to apply!
