In the heart of the Central Valley of California, Crossroads Church has a rich history in the region of being a neighborhood church with a wide net of impact. After hiring its new Senior Pastor late in 2022, the church has experienced a season of health and growth, leading to the need to expand the team at Crossroads. They are looking to hire two full-time positions: a Student Ministries Pastor who will oversee grades 7-12 and a Worship Pastor who can accelerate the excellence of the worship experience at Crossroads for years to come.
The Student Ministries Pastor will have the opportunity to restore Crossroads Youth Ministries to a vital and life-giving part of the congregation through the establishment of a sequence and scope of the curriculum and a calendar of experiences that cultivate fully-devoted followers of Christ among teenagers. Crossroads is looking for someone who can bring their prior experience in youth ministry to the church and jump into loving students and building a volunteer team.
The Worship Pastor will be the primary shepherd of the Sunday worship experiences at Crossroads. The newly renovated, state-of-the-art sound system is ready for the future of worship ministry. A solid base of gifted volunteers exists in the worship ministry for Crossroads, and they will benefit greatly from a loving and caring leader who can pastor on a spiritual level while developing musicians on a tactical level.
