Are you an experienced leader who would love to be part of a church that would encourage you to think beyond the status quo and lead the way in new approaches? A church that would encourage you to deepen their worship culture?
Have you ever been part of a church that embraces the mentality of ‘make us say no’? Would you love to drive ministry forward with senior leaders who are passionate about reaching the next generations of worshippers? If so, then The Church at Rock Creek in Little Rock, Arkansas is for you.
Rock Creek is looking for a Worship Pastor who is up to the challenge of bringing creativity, developing new approaches, and driving spiritual depth into the life of their church. It is a church with deep musical talent, fantastic facilities, and a willingness to invest in audio and video technology.
The Worship Pastor will oversee the planning of music for all weekend services, including but not limited to song selection and service flow, while working closely with the Senior Pastor. The Worship Pastor will have the skill and maturity to develop, train, and cast vision as well as recruit and train new volunteers, and build out the worship staff.
Rock Creek is a place where people from all walks of life fit in and find opportunities to grow; it is a large church with a family feel. The church's primary purpose is people - to meet the needs of people and to show them how to establish and develop a relationship with Jesus Christ. Rock Creek is a diverse church whose mission is "taking Jesus as He is to people as they are."
Little Rock, while being a large city, really feels like a small town. The traffic is minimal, and industry is being drawn to this area. People are full of good Southern hospitality.
