Are you looking for a new ministry job?
Chemistry Staffing works with churches all over the country, helping them find great candidates for their current ministry openings. But we can’t care about helping churches find healthy, long-term fits without first and foremost caring about the candidates we are trying to place.
The church job search process can be difficult and discouraging. You have a valuable role to play in the Kingdom. A wonderful thing happens when you find a church that shares your personal mission, vision and values: lives are changed, and your family will flourish. We want to help you find a church that fits you theologically, culturally, socially, and spiritually. When you find the right place to serve and are obedient to His calling, unbelievable things can happen. Chemistry Staffing exists to facilitate these types of introductions and relationships.
Chemistry Staffing recently helped place Brandon as the lead pastor at Vista Church in Orlando, Florida.
Here is what he had to say:
I am so excited to join Vista Church and the amazing church family there. They are such a passionate community - passionate about Jesus, passionate about serving the community, and passionate about telling the story of the gospel to the nations. From the very beginning, I knew that this is a healthy church, driven to reach people for Christ. Their dynamic team exemplifies Godly leadership.
Working with Chemistry Staffing was amazing from start to finish. Their communication is next level, keeping you up-to-date and well-prepared for each step in the process. There are no cumbersome busy-work projects; Chemistry gets right to the process they’ve mastered…a process that serves both candidates and churches.
For others who are currently in the search process, I would advise prayerful patience. Both might seem to go without saying, but in all things ministry transition, put in the work. Don’t only prepare your resume and for interviews, but prayerfully consider and evaluate the opportunity God has for you. Patience is easy for me to say after finding God’s next ministry role for me, but earlier in the process, this was tough. Trust God, practice patience, and follow His call on your life and ministry. Your preferences don’t always turn out well while His ALWAYS do.
If you’re looking for your next ministry role, we can help you find a long-term, healthy fit.
