Lead the Next Generation: Student Pastor at CyLife Church

CyLife Church mirrors this diversity and energy. Every week, students in grades 6-12 gather to grow in faith, explore their purpose, and connect with a community that supports them. To continue guiding and equipping the next generation, the church is seeking a Student Pastor to lead and shape student ministry in a way that fosters spiritual growth, discipleship, and a missional mindset.

The Student Pastor will create engaging environments where students can explore faith, build lasting relationships, and discover how to live out Christ’s love in their everyday lives. This leader will also empower volunteers, develop programs, and build teams that support students in their spiritual journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and overseeing student ministry for grades 6-12
• Developing environments that encourage faith growth, discipleship, and service
• Equipping and mentoring volunteers and student leaders
• Planning and executing engaging student programs, events, and experiences
• Collaborating with church staff to align student ministry with the overall mission and vision
• Providing guidance and pastoral care to students as they navigate life and faith

 

The ideal candidate will have experience leading student ministry in a church setting, strong relational and teaching abilities, and a passion for helping students grow in Christ.
