Known for strong biblical teaching, small group discipleship, family ministry, and leadership development, Trinity Fellowship is a vibrant and healthy church family. A recent congregational assessment confirmed what they already knew: this church is thriving with high engagement and a shared passion for advancing God's mission.

In 2025, Trinity enters a new chapter as their longtime Senior Pastor transitions into retirement and the current Campus Pastor from Newaygo steps into senior leadership. The Student Ministries Pastor will set a bold vision for reaching the next generation while building strong relationships with students, parents, volunteers, and staff. This leader will be deeply rooted in God’s Word, passionate about discipleship, and excited to creatively lead students toward lifelong faith in Jesus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Casting a compelling vision for youth ministry that aligns with the church's mission and values.
• Teaching weekly at youth group, Sunday classes, and other student gatherings.
• Building deep relationships with students through mentorship, small groups, and one-on-one connections.
• Recruiting and equipping volunteers to disciple students in meaningful ways.
• Designing retreats, service projects, mission trips, and adventure outings.
• Partnering with parents to help them disciple their children.
• Managing a youth ministry budget and ensuring a safe and vibrant ministry environment.
