Church Leadership | Chemistry Staffing

Simple. Measurable. Ministry. Goals.

Try it for 30 days ...

Simply ask four questions:

  1. What is the problem to be solved?
  2. How are we going to solve it?
  3. How can we test that the thing we built matches what we set out to build?
  4. How will we know if it’s working?

So much more would get done in our ministry if we just answer these four questions.

Try it for 30 days.

Take on just one problem… one area that you think you need to make better in your church.

Maybe it’s establishing a better relationship with you and your board.

Maybe it’s creating a more welcoming atmosphere in your lobby before worship.

Maybe it’s a Facebook marketing campaign for your church.

Tackle it.

For 30 days.

What problem do you have?

Brainstorm on how to solve it.

Test your solutions. (If it doesn’t work, try something else).

Determine how you will measure success.

It’s a pretty simple process.

Try it with something small. In the next 30 days.

Go ahead.

I dare you.
