# Apply Now! Senior Pastor in Carmel, IN

Northview Church is seeking a Senior Pastor to spiritually lead its people, champion its mission, and provide clear vision for its next season of Kingdom ministry.

Northview Church in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking a Senior Pastor who combines biblical depth, pastoral warmth, and the ability to equip others for meaningful ministry.

Some ministry opportunities invite you to lead a congregation. This one invites you to help a church make Jesus known across an entire region, while keeping people, relationships, and spiritual formation at the heart of its mission.

Founded in 1980, Northview is a growing, non-denominational church with fourteen locations across central Indiana, twenty weekend services, and approximately 8,790 weekly attendees. Behind those numbers are people discovering faith, families growing together, and communities where the church has an opportunity to make a lasting difference.

Northview’s mission is clear: Making Jesus Known through Gatherings, Groups, Generosity, and Generations. Its next Senior Pastor will help translate that mission into a shared direction for the church’s next season.

A Preacher, Shepherd, and Equipper
Northview seeks a gifted Bible teacher who communicates Scripture with theological depth, clarity, authenticity, and practical application. The goal is preaching that helps people know Jesus, trust Jesus, and follow Jesus.

That calling extends well beyond the pulpit. The next Senior Pastor will lead and develop a capable Executive Team, partner with the Elder Board, and empower Campus Pastors to serve their communities while strengthening Northview’s unity as one church.

Relational presence matters here. Northview wants a leader who listens carefully, remains approachable, builds trust, and loves the people entrusted to his care. This next chapter calls for humility, emotional intelligence, collaborative leadership, and the courage to provide clear direction.

Success will include how effectively others are equipped to lead and serve. Northview is looking for a pastor who gives ministry away and helps people discover and develop their gifts.

A Mission with Room to Grow
Northview’s commitment to the next generation is already visible: more than 700 students attended its most recent winter retreat. Children’s and student ministries, small groups, community partnerships, global missions, and ministry in correctional facilities provide meaningful avenues for discipleship and outreach.

Growing communities across central Indiana create further opportunities to reach people and help them grow in faith. The next Senior Pastor will build on these strengths while cultivating a  healthy church culture and discerning the next steps with wisdom.

A Community to Call Home
Carmel offers excellent schools, extensive parks and trails, vibrant arts and dining, and convenient access to Indianapolis. For a pastor and family considering relocation, it provides an appealing setting for both everyday life and long-term ministry.

Northview offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement planning, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Salary details will be discussed with qualified candidates.

Could this be your next chapter of ministry? If you bring strong biblical convictions, relational warmth, multisite leadership experience, and a passion for developing others, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
