FINDING: Job Satisfaction and Overall Happiness

The report revealed that 36% of church staff rated their overall job satisfaction as "unhappy" or "neutral." Understanding the factors that contribute to job satisfaction is crucial for creating a work environment that fosters fulfillment and promotes the longevity of staff members.
