The Job
Evangel Community Church in Houghton, Michigan, is seeking a Pastor of College & Campus Development to lead its ministry efforts toward students and young adults. This strategic role includes fostering connections with Michigan Technological University students, developing ethnic fellowships (to start a Chinese Campus, Indian Campus, and African Campus), and engaging the broader community. Responsibilities include delivering up to 12 sermons annually, team building, ministry planning, and guiding individuals in their spiritual journey. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, skilled communicator, and passionate disciple-maker who thrives in both relational and operational leadership.
