Chemistry Staffing is excited to announce our search for an Outreach Director for Church at the Crossing in Indianapolis, Indiana: a growing, multi-generational church with more than 120 years of faithful presence on the city’s Northside.
Church at the Crossing is a unique community. Three congregations—English, Arabic, and Latino—worship and serve together as one church in many languages and cultures. With approximately 1,200 people attending each week, the church is vibrant, growing, and deeply committed to its mission: Go. Love. One More.
Now, they are looking for a leader who can help turn that mission outward in even greater ways.
At the center of this opportunity is One More Inc., Church at the Crossing’s faith-driven nonprofit outreach arm. One More serves Indianapolis through food support, employment pathways, legal assistance, community resources, neighborhood markets, and other initiatives designed to help people move toward greater stability and flourishing.
The Outreach Director will provide strategic and organizational leadership for One More while helping mobilize the congregation to live out its calling in the community. This is more than managing programs. It is an opportunity to build partnerships, develop leaders, equip volunteers, identify emerging community needs, and help the church expand its influence for the sake of the gospel.
This role is especially compelling for a leader who brings both a pastor’s heart and a strategist’s mind: someone who loves people, sees possibilities, builds healthy teams, and knows how to translate vision into action.
