The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has the ability to lead worship in a multi-generational Sunday morning environment, desires to collaborate with a team to design services in advance (the Senior Pastor plans out his sermons several weeks in advance), possesses graphic design skills, and loves building teams to do ministry with.
