Grace Bible Church is looking for its next Music and Creative Arts Director, who will serve as the primary Worship Leader for the Norfolk Campus Team - working with the Service Programming Team (SPT) to create memorable and dynamic Sunday morning experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with SPT staff to execute the overall vision of the SPT and Grace Bible Church through the values of grace, humility, and teamwork;
• Prepare and execute the musical worship element of Sunday services through a Spirit-led and prayerful process of planning, rehearsal, implementation, and evaluation;
• Work directly with Service Programming Director (Central) to ensure excellent service execution;
• Execute SPT vision by producing engaging musical worship experiences;
• Direct rehearsals and coordinate vocal and band production;
• Contribute to GBC services and events by accompanying, singing, worship leading, etc. as required;
• Participate in regular evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness of the entire Sunday morning experience;
• Plan and implement creative elements related to Sunday services and special events with SPT.
