We are excited to be partnering with the Kearney Church of Christ as they search for their next Minister! The Kearney Church is a non-instrumental Church of Christ with a desire to be followers of Jesus and bring honor and glory to God in all that they do and say.
Kearney is one of the larger cities in central Nebraska and is growing fast. Kearney is home to the University of Nebraska at Kearney and Central Community College. Kearney is a good place to raise a family, with great elementary schools, a new high school and two hospitals. Kearney is a larger city with small-town values. The Platte River is nearby, as well as many hiking and biking trails, areas for camping and fishing, and a small lake.
The ideal candidate will be an effective preacher, have a heart to pastor and shepherd members, and a desire to work with the elders to develop ministries in the church and outreach for the community.
