Making Healthy Connections

We help churches and potential staff members make healthy connections. Our process has one goal: a long-term, healthy fit for both the church and the staff person. Great things happen when the right leadership is in place in a local church… lives are changed and churches thrive.

Chemistry recently helped place Shawn as Director of Student Ministries at St. Marks Community Church in Burlington, NC. Here’s what he had to say:

"

I have had a wonderful experience with Chemistry Staffing. They made the process clear, focused, and personal. I knew they wanted what was in my best interest and in the best interest of the church. The process was straightforward and easy. Chemistry spent the time to

get to know my skills, personality, and theology, and they put all that together and found a great match! I am looking forward to beginning my new position as Director of Student Ministries.

"

In our work with churches over the years, we have identified five different areas that need to match up in order for a staff person to have ‘long-term, healthy fit’ potential. Miss on any one of these five, and the chances for longevity of the new staff member goes down significantly.

That is why Chemistry Staffing developed an assessment process that gives us an understanding of who a candidate is theologically and culturally, gives us a sense of their personality, and helps us understand whether they have the necessary skills to do the job. This pre-interview assessment process allows us to gather 125 points of data early on in the process, allowing us to gain crucial insight into whether someone is a potential fit for the churches we work with or not. By the time a candidate completes our assessment process, we have a reasonable idea as to whether they could be a good fit for a particular church.

We work with churches that are looking for their next staff person...It could be you.
