Leading a Remote Ministry Team [VIDEO]

The nuts and bolts of virtual leadership

Yesterday morning we had a great conversation with church leaders about how to make the shift from in-person ministry to leading a remote ministry team. Over the course of the conversation we discussed the essentials of leading virtually, how to stay relationally connected, how work/life integration works (really), and the technology we use to make it actually happen.

As a company, Chemistry Staffing was started as an intentionally virtual ministry. Our 22 team members are spread out coast to coast and over our last three years we have learned lessons about how to take advantage of remote teams… and what to avoid. We’d love to share this with you in this season:

Here are a few links to what we mentioned in the video:

  • Virtual Ministry Bootcamp: 6 weeks of learning together how to make the jump to leading remote teams in the ministry context. We will connect you with other ministry leaders and one of Chemistry's coaches. This is a tuition optional coaching experience. Learn more here.
  • Best Practices for YOUR Church in a New Reality: Next Thursday, April 2nd, at 11 AM eastern, Dave Travis, and Nikki Lerner will be joining us for a discussion on how churches have adapted to our new reality. We will be sharing best practices and what to avoid. Click here for more information.
  • Tech Stack:

I know that this is an incredible season where it seems as though things are changing on a daily basis. Our team is committed to praying for you and supporting you as you journey through it. If there is any way that I can serve you, please hit reply and let’s talk.
