CrossPoint Church is a non-denominational church in the Milwaukee urban community of West Allis. They are searching for their next Lead Pastor to lead their congregation forward, always pointing people back to the gospel: in preaching, in service, and in evangelism. The body of CrossPoint (CP) is on the move to redeem people with the gospel of Jesus Christ by mobilizing people for service projects in the city, as well as multiplying disciples of Jesus, as well as small groups, leaders, and more local churches.

The new Lead Pastor will: 

• Lead the church in preaching, shepherding, and vision-casting while helping the congregation pursue its mission of being on the move to redeem people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. 
• Serve as a peer alongside the other elders in terms of spiritual leadership and oversight; he will be the “first among equals.” 
• Drive the visions and pursuits of CP, leading the staff, elders, and body to accomplish the gospel work to which we are called.
• Develop, alongside the elders, the road map of how CP will accomplish God’s vision.

West Allis, home to the Wisconsin State Fair Park, is a city with a rich industrial past and was home to the largest industrial plant in the state of Wisconsin for most of the 20th century. Since the late 1980s, West Allis has undergone a large-scale redevelopment, with a thriving small business culture, an eclectic downtown area, and an increasingly diverse population. It is a truly urban city (60,000 people in 11 square miles) with a small-town feel. It borders Milwaukee to the west and Waukesha County to the east, placing it right in between the city and the suburbs, which is one reason West Allis has become known as the “City at the Center.” There is an east, central, and west side, and all are unique.
