The Community Co Church (short for co-operative), is looking for its next Lead Pastor. Serving the Forest Lake, MN community, the next pastor will provide leadership that is marked by integrity, collaboration, and a strong commitment to oversee the direction and ministry of the 23-year-old congregation. This pastor will lead with vision and excitement in teaching and building up the body to make more and better disciples, as well as assisting in the continued development of processes and systems to serve the mission.
With two full-time and seven part-time staff, the lead pastor will oversee the staff, serve on the board in a staff-directed, board-protected model, and help the church live out its values:

The weekly worship gathering includes quality programming for children along with music and preaching that is mostly topical, relevant, life-changing, uplifting and energetic, always keeping in mind the unchurched person who may be attending.
Planted in Forest Lake in 2000, The Community Co Church met for many years in the local high school auditorium and then another 12 years in a renovated strip mall. In 2022, they left the strip mall for a brand new charter high school which provides them wonderful and ample space for Sunday morning. A new 3-year lease was just signed. The church does own acreage just outside of the city.
Forest Lake, MN is located just 30 minutes north of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. While urban amenities are nearby, Forest Lake has a small-town, suburb feeling with many small businesses and great pride in their quality school system. Lakes and trails are found throughout the community and offer year round activities.
