Listening to your congregants’ needs, serving with love and compassion, and dedicating time to them can all build a meaningful connection with your community. Remember, impactful ministry ultimately arises from these authentic relationships.
Rather than mechanically going through the motions of ministry, give energy to casting and communicating a compelling vision for your church. Stirring your congregation through inspiration and passion can motivate many to join your shared journey.
