The Director of Finance will lead a team of 4-5 people while overseeing a budget of $15M. This position is not just about managing money; it is a ministry role that will understand the pastoral and leadership elements necessary to steward a large budget for Kingdom purposes.
This role will be responsible for: forecasting, building, and implementing annual operational budgets; ensuring the completion of non-profit annual audits; developing and implementing policies and internal accounting controls; working with bank officials; and facilitating payroll and HR functions. The position will require seven years of non-profit experience as a licensed CPA, along with a strong work ethic marked by integrity, wisdom, compassion, and humility.
