The Family Pastor will serve as the visionary leader, providing guidance and inspiration to all aspects of Family Ministries at New Hope Fellowship (NHF). In this vital role, they will oversee the development and growth of the staff and volunteer team members within Family Ministries. Their responsibilities will include the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers for various programs such as Family Ministry Classes, Connection Groups, Family Events, and Marriage Groups, collaborating closely with the dedicated teams in Student Ministry and Children's Ministry. With a deep understanding of biblical principles and child development, the Family Pastor will also ensure that the classrooms are well-organized and tailored to meet the needs of the children, providing them with comprehensive curriculum, well-designed programs, and appropriate discipline practices.
The ideal candidate will possess humility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to connect with both teenagers and adults. They will also have strong administrative abilities, capable of effectively planning, executing, and bringing visionary ideas to fruition.
