Fusion Bible Church in Durant, Oklahoma, is in search of an experienced and visionary Executive Pastor to serve as a strategic partner to the Lead Pastor in every aspect of ministry and organizational leadership. This key leader will help translate big-picture vision into clear, executable strategies, ensuring that the church’s mission is consistently carried out across all ministries and environments. This essential role involves implementing the church's vision, overseeing and improving administrative and operational functions, stewarding resources with wisdom and integrity, and providing strong, pastoral leadership to staff members and key volunteer leaders.
The Executive Pastor will help align teams, systems, and structures so that Fusion Bible Church can grow in health, effectiveness, and impact within the church family and the broader Durant community. The Executive Pastor is instrumental in embodying and advancing the church culture, directing and integrating operational departments, strengthening financial structures and accountability, developing clear and sustainable leadership pipelines, and fostering healthy, multiplying ministries within Fusion’s collaborative and values-driven environment. This leader will help ensure that systems, teams, and strategies all work together to support the mission, care for people well, and steward resources wisely.
