Covenant Church in Greenville, NC, is in search of their next Director of Student Ministry to oversee all aspects of student ministry across all campuses.

This position involves developing and leading weekly worship and programs for middle and high school students as well as coordinating student annual retreats, conferences, trips, small groups, and special events. In addition to creating large-scale, community-wide events that draw middle and high school students, the Director of Student Ministry will increase Covenant’s presence in local schools in order to connect with current and prospective students. As an equipping leader, he or she will help students and adult leaders discover their gifts and connect them to appropriate ministry and service opportunities.

The right candidate will develop student ministry curriculum and systems that will be executable across all campuses and create a compelling culture and environment that students are excited about and into which they are excited to invite their friends. The Director of Student Ministry will have effective communication skills, strong leadership skills, and an ability to connect with middle school and high school students.
