Trinity Fellowship Church, an Evangelical Free congregation, is "One Church in Two Locations" in Big Rapids and Newaygo. Known for strong biblical teaching, small group discipleship, and a thriving family ministry, Trinity is a healthy and engaged church family.

Trinity Fellowship is currently entering an exciting new chapter. Following the retirement of their Senior Pastor of 42 years in June 2025, they have successfully transitioned to new senior leadership and are full of momentum for the future. Trinity is now looking for a visionary leader to join the team as their current Children's Ministry Director prepares for retirement in late 2026.

What You'll Be Doing

• Casting Vision: Leading the strategy and structure of Children's Ministry in alignment with the church’s broader mission.
• Building Teams: Recruiting, screening, and training a reliable volunteer team to foster a culture of collaboration.
• Teaching & Curriculum: Evaluating and implementing Christ-centered, age-appropriate curriculum for Sunday and midweek programming.
• Partnering with Families: Equipping and supporting parents as the primary disciple-makers of their children.
• Ensuring Safety: Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment through strict compliance with Ministry Safe protocols.
