The Grampian campus, launched in 2017, may be small, but its impact is mighty. This tight-knit community is growing, attracting young families, and experiencing dynamic worship. While in-person attendance continues to increase, TCC is also committed to expanding its digital reach—a key aspect of this role.

The Ideal Candidate
The Grampian Campus Pastor + Digital Strategist will play a crucial role in shepherding the local campus while also driving TCC’s digital strategy. This individual will:
- Lead and grow the Grampian campus, fostering authentic community and engaging new people.
- Develop and execute TCC’s online strategy, creating digital pathways for people to connect and take next steps in their faith journey.
- Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and executive team to ensure mission alignment and operational excellence.
- Oversee campus budgets and leadership development, empowering volunteers to thrive in their roles.
