As Associate & Worship Pastor, you will play a critical role in cultivating an environment where worship fuels spiritual growth, nurtures leadership, and positively impacts families and neighborhoods. You’ll help design and lead engaging, gospel-centered worship services; invest deeply in volunteers and worship leaders; and model a lifestyle of worship that overflows into everyday life and relationships.
Responsibilities include worship planning, team development, preaching, pastoral care, discipleship, and leadership development aligned with the church's mission and vision. This will involve coordinating with the Lead Pastor and staff, scheduling and coaching musicians and vocalists, planning services that connect biblically faithful preaching with Christ-exalting music, and providing shepherding care to individuals and families. You will also help identify, equip, and release new leaders, strengthening Lakeview’s capacity to make disciples who make disciples.
Ideal candidates will be musically skilled, relationally adept, biblically rooted, and committed to fostering disciple-making through worship and pastoral ministry in alignment with Lakeview's vision. A strong candidate will demonstrate a pastor’s heart, organizational follow-through, and the ability to build healthy teams marked by humility, unity, and spiritual maturity.
