Chemistry Staffing is excited to partner with Alliance Church as they look for their next Associate Pastor (Director) of Student Ministries. This new leader will join the Student Ministries team, providing leadership and vision at the Appleton location as well as across all sites. As the church continues to grow and multiply, there is a great opportunity for a seasoned, entrepreneurial leader to increase their leadership and influence as a part of the Student Ministries team!

The new Associate Pastor of Student Ministries will:

• Demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership skills, effective communication, and visionary qualities for student ministry leadership.
• Exhibit an equipper mindset, empowering and developing student ministry team members for growth and success.
• Embrace a missional approach in student ministry, aligning programs and activities with the church's mission and outreach goals.
• Collaborate with the Student Ministries Team to ensure alignment across locations.
• Partner with the Student Ministries Team to make certain all programming and content are Christ-centered, biblically faithful, and foster spiritual growth and formation.
• Engage with the Student Ministries Team to plan and execute special events and retreats.
• Oversee the student leadership team to create biblical focused and passionate leaders.
• Assist in creating dynamic services and events both in person and online.
  
  

High-Capacity Leadership Needed

A great candidate will be a proven leader of leaders, one with a track record of overseeing paid staff as well as volunteer leaders. They will understand what it looks like to do student ministry at a large scale, with the capacity to learn the nuances of extending culture and strategy across multiple locations. An energetic spirit and contagious passion are necessary for a great fit. The church is looking for someone who brings wonder, invention, and a galvanizing genius to balance out the strengths of the existing teams. As you might expect, great communication skills, along with a good sense of humor, are important for success.
