The Job

Lakewood Park Baptist Church is seeking an Associate Pastor of Youth and Next Generation to shepherd, disciple, and equip middle school, high school, and college-aged students, as well as their families. This role is central to the church’s mission of raising resilient disciples who passionately follow Jesus in every area of life. The Associate Pastor will lead a vibrant student ministry, build and mentor volunteer leaders, and create engaging environments where young people can grow in faith. Collaboration with staff and church leadership is key, as this position not only develops next generation ministries but also invests in the broader spiritual life of the congregation.
