Chemistry Staffing is honored to partner with Emmanuel Church as they search for their next Associate Pastor, a visionary leader who will champion the church’s mission to “Gather, Grow, and Go!”. This new pastor will play a critical role in enhancing relational connections within the church and expanding missional influence throughout the "219 Corridor."
The Next Associate Pastor Will:
- Lead connection and assimilation by establishing clear pathways for newcomers to engage and thrive spiritually.
- Support a culture of discipleship through the support of "Crews," the church's sermon-based small group ministry.
- Empower and train leaders, building sustainable structures and systems to support long-term ministry growth.
- Drive missional mobilization, managing outreach initiatives that connect the church to the local community and the world.
- Provide authentic pastoral care, offering holistic support that addresses the spiritual, emotional, and practical needs of the congregation.
- Communicate with clarity, utilizing strong teaching and preaching skills to convey biblical truths relationally.

The ideal candidate for this role is a relational, visionary leader who builds trust quickly and leads from a place of spiritual maturity and wholeness.
