This includes helping to design and support pathways for spiritual formation, such as groups, classes, mentoring environments, and next-step processes that move people from first-time guests to fully engaged, multiplying disciples. The Associate Pastor will work closely with other leaders to ensure that discipleship is integrated into every ministry area and that leaders are equipped to shepherd those in their care.
In addition, the Associate Pastor will collaborate in the management of church operations and finances, contributing to wise stewardship, clear processes, and healthy systems that support sustainable ministry. This may involve participating in budgeting conversations, staffing and resource planning, policy development, and evaluation of ministry effectiveness.
