Since joining the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference (CCCC), Salem's average Sunday attendance has grown from 125 to more than 200. Today, it is a healthy, debt-free congregation with strong lay leadership and a growing number of young families.

Now they're ready for another pastor to join the team. Salem isn't looking for someone to simply keep existing programs running. They're looking for a pastor who will build relationships, invest in people, make disciples, care for the congregation, and help the church engage its community. The role includes significant opportunities to invest in junior high and high school students, Confirmation, young adults and families, pastoral care, preaching and teaching, community engagement, and ministry alongside the Senior Pastor and Consistory.
